Store Orders for MTSArk are payments for digital goods only and hold no physical value.

If you are banned from our servers, you will not be refunded. Store items lost in PvP or other natural events in-game will not be replaced. However, items that are proven to be lost in glitches, crashes, or other unpreventable situations may be replaced at the admin team's discretion.

MTSArk has a strict NO REFUND policy on all delivered packages. When you purchase a package, you are accepting that if our servers experience any issues such as, but not limited to: server crashes, downtime, rollbacks, DDoS attacks, cheaters ruining the experience for players or similar - You are not entitled to any form of compensation or refund eligibility. We pride ourselves in providing the best ARK server experience but sometimes uncontrollable scenarios can arise, however when these situations do happen - We troubleshoot them immediately to the best of our ability.

Any unscheduled payment chargebacks not discussed with our ownership team will result in a permanent ban from MTSArk. If you feel you are entitled to a refund - you must open a ticket at https://help.mtsark.co.uk
